Base Compensation

Divided into 12 equal payments beginning at detection of a heartbeat by ultrasound. Balance is paid within 7 days of delivery if delivery is after 34 weeks gestation.

Monthly Allowance

To cover expenses like travel, air time, data, prenatal vitamins, printing, postage, etc.

Injectable Medication Start Fee

Fee received once starting injectable medications in preperation for transfer.

Embryo Transfer Fee

Fee paid for completing embryo transfer.

Maternity Clothing Allowance

One time payment to cover maternity clothing expenses.

Multiples Fee

Fee per additional child. Fee is divided into equal payments beginning at 14 weeks gestation.
